Dirty sun roof blind

A bit of a 3rd world question.
In recent high winds, leaves etc. have got between the glass pano sun roof and the fabric sun screen below. When you look up from inside the car it really looks a mess. How do i get this rubbish out ??
When I roll the sun roof back the sun shield also rolls back so still unable to get between the two. So far just got a long thin flexible pipe and gaffa taped it to a hoover pipe and pushed it between the two to remove the rubbish. anyone had the same issue and come up with a better way to remove the leaves?? any help gratefully received. x
