Rear camera washer jet snapped off. HELP!

Some idiot has snapped off the above. NOT ME! When I try to wash the camera it ends up washing the road 3 feet behind the car!
I've found a replacement jet on line, but I think the tailgate interior panel might have to come off. Or can I just pull the old one out and push the new one in?
Any ideas if this is correct and if so how does one do it??
There is a black plastic/rubbery section containing the washer jet/camera/ door handle which looks as though it just might pop out. Anybody know?
