Amundsen Sat Nav

Earlier this year I purchased a new 32GB SD navigation card (the original 16GB nav card would not take the full Europe updates). It has worked fine for the past 8 months. This week it has given up !
The Amundsen reads the card data, allows me to enter a destination, select a route and start navigation. Then within 1 minute it crashes out and displays message "NAVIGATION DATA BASE NOT AVAILABLE" If I eject the card or restart the system, it does the same thing. Almost as if the system cannot cope with the navigation ! If I revert back to the original 16gb card it works fine. Any one else experienced this ?
