Had my Karoq for a month. Love the car. Only one small issue. Occasionally SOS comes into my Favourites when my phone connects by Bluetooth. Switch off and back on again and it is gone. Any answers out there. Ingram's. Dealer Ayr.

Do you have split screen? Sat nav to left, phone favourites (from mobile phone book) , on the right, below which radio swipe buttons for stations.
If so, the only comment I can make is that 'SOS' appears all the time on my screen at the end of my most used favourites.

Thanks. But I have no split screen. Has only happened 3 times in 6 weeks.

This prompts me to look up 'split screen' in the handbook.

Probably 'Double Screen' .
Whatever it's called it looks like this below.
When you go into reverse the camera fills the space where the sat nav is in this pic.Image
