I have recently purchased a karoq sportline 2022, great car, one thing I haven't worked out though is how to end a call using the steering wheel. I can use the silver wheel on the right of the steering wheel to answer a call by pressing it in. I have read if you press this in again it will end a call but all mine does is go into the option for changing the virtual cockpit options.

I discovered that if you rotate the RH silver cylinder during a call it gives you various options such as putting it on hold etc. Perhaps it also has an option to end a call by rotating it and then pressing?

Just tried this, if I rotate the silver cylinder it does nothing during the call, if I rotate the left hand one it adjusts the call volume.

How odd. I seldom get or make calls in the car, but remember mine doing that when I received a spam call recently.

I think you might have to have the central part of the display selected to 'Phone' for the cylinder to function on the telephone menu.
Might be worth reading through this thread https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/4 ... one-calls/

I had this problem on my Skodas. It is a rubbish system "Simply NOT Clever".
So long ago, I can't remember precisely, jabbing the screen somewhere, seems to ring a bell.

Just touch the red phone icon. Doesn’t answer your question I know but it just seems the easiest way to achieve what you’re after

Not exactly hands free though, is it! Much better if you can do it without taking your eyes off the road and hands off the steering wheel!

KIa scores again  Connect/disconnect on steering wheel. ;) + Voice command to call any number in the system.
