I have just had a message fro the seller that on packing it was seen to be faulty. They have offered to substitute it for one with removable caps at both ends. I have accepted it. the important thing for me is the 'C' connection and the standard USB at the other end.

What 'phone do you have. I cannot get it to work on my MotorolaG32. Works on Macbook air. Phone recognises the drive but I can find no way of loading it with jpgs.
Have read and complied with on line instructions, all to no effect. Moto does have OTG installed, so I assume it should simply be P&Play?
