2019 Karoq Engine Only Noisy at Idle

I have had the Karoq 2.0 Diesel with DSG since new.

Very recently the engine has become noisy at idle revs, which disappears immediately I apply any throttle.

I have topped up the oil, removed the top cover to look for anything loose and generally had a good look round but cant see anything obvious.

Do any of you have an idea what I'm looking at here? Thanks
