Delivery dates on brand new orders ?

I am trying to find out the average waiting time on brand new orders for the Karoq as I have just ordered one last weekend and was told the estimated delivery date was end of December 2022, hoping some other people can give me a better idea of a more realistic delivery date than this as estimated can mean earlier or later as you'll all know, I am in the UK.

I don't know if the spec makes any difference on dates but it's the same model as my username 2.0 tsi 4X4 190PS 2022.

We too have ordered a new Skoda Karoq S.E.L 1.5tsi with a couple of options been advised today 3.10.22 to expect the end of the year (so have advised them make it 2023) You should be advised 3-4wks before delivery it to the UK

Just been advised that our new Karoq is scheduled to be built wk48 so cannot expect to see it till mid to late January. All V.A.G cars come through Emden port so I expect Audi's and V.W will have first pecking order leading up to the Xmas break. If late January told them to tax it February otherwise we lose a month (tax starts 1st of the month)

If it arrives end of February it may be woth waiting until 1st March to get the 23 registration. (unless you have a personal number) as th car may be worth more in years to come.

Our car was registered and delivered to us on 29th October last year. I was expecting the renewal letter mid-September but nothing came. When I checked on YouGov it turned out to be taxed until the end of October, so it appears that there is no tax for a very short period, I have no idea how many days are effectively ignored.

just watching "City Of Rotterdam" Ro-Ro vessel plying between Immingham and Emden must work 24-7 as it docked last night 22.30 and sailed mid morning return to Emden to berth 07.00 tomorrow morning

My Karoq 1.5 SEL Auto was due for build wk 3/23. Latest info from dealer this week say build on schedule and there will be no more build week number updates. The next thing I will hear is build complete and when on the way.

I’m awaiting the same build car in black and was told it was on exit in Germany weeks ago and a vessel has just arrived in port of Tyne today at 5pm I am hoping it is on that one!
