Cannot seem to make these work. I’ve followed the instructions and found “lights” on the virtual dashboard and then “automatic headlight control (rain)”. I have ticked the box and pulled back the left hand control slack but the lights remain dipped.
Any thoughts

I might be getting confused with another lighting option (I've only had my Karoq for a week) but I thought you pushed the left-hand stick forward to engage the automatic mode.

Many thanks
Yes my error - I meant to say forwards but this simply turns on the main beam and oncoming traffic seems to have no effect.

When you push the stick forward you should see a white headlight symbol on the dash display with an 'A' inside it. If you don't see this then check that the lights dial (by your right knee) is set to 'Auto'.
I've not driven my in heavy rain yet so I can't help too much, but it could it be that the headlight control has determined that dipped is the 'correct' choice for the conditions.
