But claim it is manual. SO why is my 1.5 DSG doing it (slightly)?

If it is a fuelling issue, which seems to be the case, the transmission does not affect the problem. However, it does seem that the fast response of the dsg box masks the issue, hence you feeling it slightly, as I (very) occasionally do.

Went to Bournemouth Hospital this morning for the 7 week check up after my hip revision op. (about 6 miles) and it was V.cold. Not a shudder or a Roo in sight or sound.
I haven't been driving for 7 weeks because of my hip, but even with SWMBO driving, I thing I would have noticed any Roos present.
The problem seems to have disappeared at last!
BTW. Following hospital appointment I've got my wheels back :D ! I am no longer restricted to my house unless some kind person takes me out for a drive!
Downside is that I am still on two crutches for another 6 weeks.

Many thanks Ian,
Now I can walk the dog (not far!) go to Tesco and stop relying on my poor long suffering (long distant ) SWMBO.
She has been an absolute brick looking after me full time for 5 weeks and part time for 2, even though her poor old Ma is on her last lap, 40 miles away.
Six weeks and counting to full weight bearing and no more crutches & a further (possibly) 9 months for FULL recovery. :?
