Digital MPH to KMH

I have a 2020 karoq 1.5 SEL I'm going to Spain for Three months and wondered how to change the MPH digital display to KMH. Can anybody help?

That'll teach you to have a posh digital dashboard
The analogue one on my Karoq had KMH round the speedo as well as MPH.

On the cente screen select vehicle. then settings, then units, Select kilometers. You can leave fuel consumtion figures in mpg.

Yes, I had to find that setting the other day. For some reason (maybe an update?) my speed display reverted to km/h.
Not sure how I didn't find the setting for fuel cons in mpg though.
I've been converting from l/100km to mpg since I got the Karoq , doh!
