Swirls on paint

ImageRacing Blue pain on 21 plate Karoq has white swirling on bonnet half the roof but only visible at night and in cooled temperatures under 10c Škoda has no idea what it is but not paint related any information on this

Is the temperature causing dew to form on the car?

And di your dealer sell you a 'Paint Protection' treatment? If so perhaps they only applied it to one side of the roof??
