Today I brought the new arrival home to meet the family!!

Thoughts/honest comments so far after 11 hours

Pros
Love the wheels
Steering wheel is much nicer
Digital cockpit quite swish
Fuel economy hit 41 mpg on first 100 mile journey - last one got 33 on same journey home
New infotainment has some lovely touches and still getting used to it/finding way around
Car is constantly connected to outside world

Cons
Can see wheel damage on the horizon
No longer offering paddles for auto box
Removed aluminium trim on window switches
Removed torch from boot
Halved the shopping bag hooks in boot
When nav is in cluster mode does not display how far until next junction/action or which direction you need to go - this could be user error of course
Skoda Connect a little complicated to setup and still finding my way around
Boot lid/hatch seems to have lost its insulation and now sounds cheaper then my wife’s Up when opening & closing - very tinny/cheap
More road noise from 19” rims

I know I sound a little whiney but all in all very happy with my purchase
