I bought my 1.6 TDi SE a couple of days ago, and am still in awe. I do have a question though, is it possible to have the variable floor option fitted by the local dealer although it is now 6 months old?

I’ve had a spare wheel fitted under my boot floor and that raised the boot level to a more comfortable height. By that I mean there’s not so much of a drop when loading items into the boot. The boot floor is now just below the rear hatch sill.

So it isn’t ‘variable’ without removing the spare, but it was done when the vehicle was 6 months old. It cost about £180 for the dealer to fit the wheel and new boot floor panel. I hope that helps. It’s a 2 litre diesel 4x4 Karoq.
