My wife and I are expecting a baby in October and are looking ISOfix seats for the car. We had set on using Silver Cross but apparently these are not compatible. I did not realise there were different types of ISOfix, as we had hoped pram seat bundle.

Can anyone please advise on their experiences and give us any advice please? We bought the car for safety and want to ensure the safety of our children.

I used a Maxi Cosi Family Fix base with a Pebble rear facing car seat for grandson when he was a baby and now use a forward facing Pearl car seat on the same base. Have had no issues with fitting to the car at all. By sliding the middle seat back rest one notch forward we can then sit 2 adults and the car seat across the back easily.

If you are also looking at pram bases then you can get adaptors to fit the Maxi Cosi Pebble on to the pram chassis. We used to fit the Pebble on to a Bugaboo Cameleon chassis.
