I don't know if it is still true, but once upon a time Green was considered to be an unlucky colour for a car.
It was for me. Many years ago I bought a new Mk1 VW Scirocco and the second day I had it it was keyed from front to back on the drivers side.
The only other green car that I have owned was a Ford Cortina 1600E. That was reversed into by a careless driver and both the nearside doors were badly damaged. No more green cars after that!!
At the moment I have a Bronze Qashqai Tekna and about to order a Petrel Blue Karoq SEL
