Hello,
my Karoq (2023, 1.5 TSI DSG, equipped with ACC) doesnt always slow down when it reaches car which is either driving slow or it is fully stopped. For example, driving on busy highway in situation where cars often make full stop, ACC will sometimes gradually slow down, however sometimes it will not, but front assist will step in - at which point I'm stepping down on brake. It results with pretty aggressive stop. When driving in busy conditions, I set distance to minimum to avoid going too far from the car in front of me.
This drives me a bit crazy since ACC is one of the most important feature to me.
Does this sound normal to you?
Thanks!

NO! It is not normal.
Looks like yet another Skoda software/electronic glitch. If it failed altogether, I would say the radar sensor was obscured, but if only occasionally, I think there may be a problem.
off you go to the dealer!/
Good luck!
