Amudsen Satnav display

Is there any way to set the SatNav to display the map view rather than the "Radar" view, when the car is first started.

I've set the map to appear in the centre of my virtual cockpit digital display, and so I always have a live map available as I drive around, while the radio stations are shown on the central display. I suspect pressing the nav button will always display a choice of destinations as it assumes you will want to choose one.
