Picked upmy new Karoq struggling to get the connect care remote function working , I have the Edition with columbus system , I have installed a data sim and that works just cant connect with the apps all registered but no remote function are available totally stuck went into dealer who say have no clue they have a technical guy back next week so i may have to wait until then
Oh that’s a bit worrying. I’d be interested to hear how they resolve it. I’ve just ordered mine so any info will always be helpful when I have to set up mine. Good luck
Ive tried to getting working all day , it would appear that the care connect service does not appear in the settings menu in the car so all remote service are just not working , I will call Skoda tom update when i get answer
