Aye up everyone.
Picking up our new model year 2021 Sportline tomorrow :D
I heard somewhere that they now come with a heated steering wheel as standard.
Can anyone confirm if this is correct?
Though i will find out tomorrow i suppose ;)

Mine is 2 months old so on the cusp of the 21 model and does NOT have a heated steering wheel.
It does however have ridiculous 'rubber band' tyres of 40 aspect. I didn't realise until it was too late. Deepest possible is 45 aspect and would cost about £780 to replace. Still at least the Osteopath's bills won't cost that much!
Why some moron in Skoda thought it was a good idea to put 'rubber bands' on an SUV, God alone knows. I have curbed mine already.
Be very careful and I hope you don't have a bad back, like I do. :o

According to the Skoda UK website https://www.skoda.co.uk/new-cars/karoq/sportline the Sportline comes with a heated multi-functional steering wheel, with paddles for a DSG box.

Thanks for the information. I have driven one already and found it to be ok with the low profile tyres to be honest.

Mine is lacking the 'flappy paddles' which seems ludicrous to me on a so called 'Sport' Line.
Makes little difference to me. I can still drive manually by 'wagging' the stick If I really feel the need.
I must admit, I m pretty underwhelmed by the Sportline compared to my Edition. Pretty low spec in comparison. No flexi rear seats, no flappy paddles stupid rubber band tyres. wish I hadn't changed really. I was swayed by the Race Blue, which I have always wanted. I bought it unseen and un-driven, as I have dealt with Meadens very satisfactorily for 12 years and 7 Skodas, But I omitted to check the spec of the car. Stupid old duffer I am! 'Act in haste, repent at leisure' I certainly am!

To be honest, in the 9 years or so I've been driving a DSG car, I've never seen the need for the paddles. I've hardly ever needed to use it in its 'manual' setting, even down steep hills like Holme Moss. And if I need extra acceleration it's so easy to pull the lever back into Sport mode from my usual Eco or Individual modes. Perhaps I just drive more sedately than others in my old age?

But with my 2.0 TSI Karoq on the way I'm not expecting I'll have much need to use the paddles to change gear for me :)

Despite what some may say, i think it rides very well on the 19 inch wheels. Very pleased with it.
