Just signed up.
Had my 1.5 SEL DSG since April.
It was bought to replace a Mercedes C300h diesel hybrid.
I'm losing 8mpg and 2 seconds to 60, but it's more comfortable, quieter, smoother to drive, spacious inside and it's easier to fit in a parking space.
But the wheels are a pain to clean. Apart from that, it's great.
Oh, and the boot light/torch falling inside the rear arch trim - see next post!
I've been a Honda fan for the past 20 years and the only reason I didn't go for another one was because they are so slow these days. So I tried the Merc and now I'm on the Skoda.
Also had 2 CRV's, 2 CRX's, a Civic estate, an Accord and an NSX.
Plus 40-odd others from Alfa's to Triumph's.
Alan
Greetings from the new kid
Hi Alan,
Welcome to our little corner of cyberspace.
I'm afraid I cannot offer any advice about your boot light / torch issue, but hopefully, there will be someone along soon who can.
Have fun,
Ian.
