I have finally got completely cheesed off with Skoda's rubbish wipers.
I ordered a pair of Bosch from the firm below. so easy to fit.
Excellent service.
Lovely silence in the rain! :D

Me too, the OEM ones are pants.

Check the 15% off offer on EBay now with Car PartsinMotion using code PICKSAVINGS which brings them down to £15.77 delivered.

It seems that this is a very common problem so why don’t Skoda address it ? My front wipers have been driving me mad so following your advice I have just fitted some Bosch blades and they are perfect, I can’t believe the difference, absolute bliss.

Sent to Skoda Customer services 13.25 27th June '21.

Good Afternoon,
This is a very common problem with both Kodiaqs and Karoqs.
Complaints are frequently cropping up on both forums.
Why should your customers have to spend £19 beyond the not inconsiderable cost of both models mentioned above to have decent wipers that are both quiet and efficient. Neither of which can be attributed to the rubbish wiper blades fitted by Skoda.
Please bring this to the attention of the factory.

Am really pleased with the wipers on my 6 week old Karoq, in fact they are much better than the ones on my previous Audi Q2. By the way has anyone tried wiping the blades with a clean cloth with WD40 on as this could help?

Mine were fine for the first 3 months or so, (but with very few rainy miles as we were under covid lockdowns). But then they developed the noises and juddering that others have reported so were swapped out for Bosch wipers with an immediate improvement. So hope yours stay OK CDM7, but if not you'll know the answer :)
