Some advice please;
I have purchased an "Intelligent" Battery Charger to help deal with my Karoq standing still during Lockdown.
I'm unclear as to which 'mode' the charger should be used in - the two choices being "In Vehicle" and "AGM/GEL".
I'm leaving the battery attached to the car whilst charging.
Any thoughts ??
(This is the charger if it helps:

If your battery is marked as an AGM type, then I would have expected that to be the right setting. What make and type of battery charger is it? What does its instruction booklet say?

VW Golf GT 1.9TDI from 11/98 to 3/06; Skoda Octavia L&K 2.0TDI from 3/06 to 12/11; VW Golf Plus SE 1.6TDI DSG from 12/11 to 2/15; VW Golf SV SE 1.4TSI DSG from 2/15 to 11/20; Skoda Karoq Sportline 2.0TSI 4x4 DSG from 11/20.
I've checked my battery today out of interest, and see that it is an Exide EFB+ battery. So if yours is the same, use the setting recommended in your battery charger instructions for that type.
