Re: Whines and whistles

All I can say is that being on my second Karoq, I haven't experienced any 'whines or whistles'. Have these noises only just started? I certainly would not have thought it was the ‘computer’ talking to itself'. Can yo record it on your mobile and post it on Youtube, so we can all hear what you are ta...

Re: Karoq Petrol or Diesel???

Quinton,
I agree with all Jimmy says, but should point out that the electric tailgate is standard (as is a panoramic roof & 4WD) on the top of the range Edition.
Otherwise those items are expensive options.

Re: Unknown warning light

Quinton,
See my reply to your quandary in your other posting.
I presume you are not in U.K as you refer to 'STYLE' which is not a U.K. Model.

Re: Karoq Petrol or Diesel???

Hello Quinton, I think you have answered your own question. Since you are obviously using your hard earned dosh rather than PCP. You will NOT be safe from market/Government influences on the popularity of DERV. As you rightly say the difference in consumption taken against the higher price of diesel...

Re: Key failure with no warning

Ian, Did you open the car with the 'real' key? if the fob is within range of the ignition, it should have started regardless of the fob battery being flat. I have had, in the past, with another make, have the key die suddenly with no loss of range. Admittedly it was not a keyless start. Do you keep ...

Re: Headlight condensation

Never heard of that I'm afraid I assume yiu have the LED headlights, in which case they probably won't get hot enough to get rid of it.
You could try heating the lens very gently with a hairdryer.
if it remains or returns i would get in touch with your dealer.

Re: 24 EU Software update

Have you asked to speak to a customer services MANAGER? I must admit, having been a huge Skoda fan for 10 years the tales of non co-operation worry me. Any problems I have had have been dealt with, mainly by my wonderful dealer. As far as SUK is concerned, I find if you go as far up the pay grade as...
