Re: Karoq SE 1.0 tsi

This prompts me to look up 'split screen' in the handbook.

Re: MORI Poll re the Karoq has really annoyed me!

Back on to the original topic. I mentioned in the three Skoda fora I belong to that £50 would be an appropriate 'fee' for completing the Ipsos MORI survey. This is the amount that Skoda UK then sent by e-mail. Coincidence - I think not! Now I've received a further request to complete a survey from '...

Re: MORI Poll re the Karoq has really annoyed me!

Today I received the following reply from Skoda UK. I'd told the Customer Services Adviser that I was quite happy to answer the short surveys sent either by the dealer or Skoda UK and as we now own our fifth Skoda , we are very happy customers, but expressed my disappointment at the intrusive survey...

Re: Advice please

Hello Neil from sunny Whitby. We've owned our Karoq for 10 weeks and it's a brilliant car. We owned a 4WD diesel Yeti beforehand but owing to our low annual mileage, we decided to change for a petrol engine. We have the 7-speed DSG, which is brilliant and we don't notice the lower torque on the stee...

Re: Unknown warning light

That's a great answer 2968Mogul and probably explains what happened. The road was leading to Bempton Cliffs, narrow with passing places, and in the past I've noticed the park assist display comes on if the nearside is very close to undergrowth. So maybe we were closer than expected. although the bra...

Unknown warning light

Yesterday we were driving on a country lane at about 30 mph when there was a warning 'bong' and a very brief icon like an orange cross appeared in the central display of the instrument cluster. My wife was driving, so I only had a brief glance before it went. No other warning lights came on and we d...

Re: MORI Poll re the Karoq has really annoyed me!

I've sent an e-mail to Skoda Customer Services complaining about the MORI survey, but will they reply? I did mention that I'm a member of Which? and will contact them if their reply is not satisfactory.

MORI Poll re the Karoq has really annoyed me!

I’ve been sent a questionnaire by Ipsos MORI asking me to answer a series of questions about our new Karoq plus a lot of other q’s about Mrs J and me, including what I consider intrusive ones about employment, lifestlye and income ‘for classification only’. If I’d been offered a voucher or cheque, I...

Re: Safety Equipment

Hi Neil neither item is standard. However, there should be an umbrella in a small compartment under the passenger's seat and an ice scraper in the fuel filler cover.
