I reckon the tyres on yours are a bit stickier than mine... Nice colour though.
Speaking of which, is anyone else finding that the Karoq scrabbles for grip on even fairly gentle launches, especially if the road is damp.
Have fun,
Ian.

Re: The old and the new
Somehow the Yeti always had an ambience about it that put a smile on my face. The Karoq is better in many ways but somehow it is less satisfying.

Re: Start/stop Bullsh*it?
The main advantage for people and stop start is not these who turn off the system for their own reasons, but for pedestrians and other city/town dwellers whose lives would be greatly improved if all cars had working start/stop systems. It is much better for a queue of stationary traffic to be sat w...

Hi Alan,
Welcome to our little corner of cyberspace.
I'm afraid I cannot offer any advice about your boot light / torch issue, but hopefully, there will be someone along soon who can.
Have fun,
Ian.

Re: Start/stop Bullsh*it?
Bit of a rant, but I really can't disagree with him. Fortunately, the off button works and is now a routine part of my startup routine.
Thanks or sharing.

Re: Model year 19
I'm wondering what happens if options become standard equipment before my build date is confirmed? I ordered with ACC but I see that Seat have made this standard across the Ateca's range along with a heated front windscreen and wonder if Skoda will follow suit. Talk to your dealer, but I think you ...

Re: New order today 1st September
I don't think you will get anything back on your PCP unless you are trading it in and buying another car from the dealer you bought it from. The contract is a bit one-sided in that you pay if you exceed the mileage and you get nothing back if you don't get near it, but that is what you signed when ...

Re: Engine noise
Tell the dealer that if he cannot get it sorted you will reject the car. The dealer agrees it is not correct, so you need to get him onside when dealing with Skoda UK. The Honest John website has lots of advice on this sort of thing; a little research and reading should help you work the system to g...

Re: Purchasing a new Karoq, help please!
I have never had LED lights before, at least it will be dark enough to make use of them! :D. Btw, are they adaptive?, if so, what does that mean exactly?, and are they any good, going by LED standards, I have nothing to compare them to. If you have not had LED lights before then you are in for a tr...
