This website offers trim parts for a Karoq, although I can't see the bit at the bottom of the wing that you have highlighted. I've never had to use them, but they seem to be worth contacting.

Re: Radio removal
That makes sense!
Mine has a creak (around the digital instrument panel, I think) - but only in very cold weather when the dashboard has presumably shrunk slightly. So I've ignored it so far.

Re: Vibration and cabin resonance
As has been said elsewhere, it is a resonance due to the size of the tiles and the speed of the car. The solution is either to add a felt liner to the resonating panels or to drive at a different speed.

Re: Radio removal
The infotainment system is deeply imbedded in the Karoq's computer systems, so it wouldn't make sense (in my view) to replace it with a standard car radio. Or are you asking if you can upgrade from an Amundson to a Columbus?

Re: Area View feature in the Skoda Karoq?
As it was also an option in SEAT Atecas (their closely related version of the Karoq) you could also look at those. But be aware that test reports say that the suspension is more 'sporty' than the Karoq's, and personally I prefer the larger rear side window on the Karoq.

Re: Area View feature in the Skoda Karoq?
Skoda UK added Area View as an option for the MY 21 Karoq in September 2020 (I think for £590 on the SE L, Sportline and Edition trims.) It had previously been offered on the Kodiaq and SEAT Ateca so there was no technical reason for it not being available before, and I'd suggest it was just Skoda U...

Re: Amudsen Satnav display
I've set the map to appear in the centre of my virtual cockpit digital display, and so I always have a live map available as I drive around, while the radio stations are shown on the central display. I suspect pressing the nav button will always display a choice of destinations as it assumes you wil...

I've never had this problem myself, but remember seeing it mentioned in this thread: viewtopic.php?t=934

Re: 1.0 TSI SE Drive
I've currently got a 1.0TSI DSG Kamiq as a courtesy car while my dealer is sorting out my 2.0TSI Karoq. In town, there is not too much difference, but when you hit a motorway there is an obvious lack of power in the 1.0 TSI. And that's without other passengers and luggage! Monitoring the fuel consum...

Re: Skoda karoq 1500cc gasoline transmission noise
Welcome to the forum. Noise is very subjective, and what some people find worrying may be completely normal to others (who are used to noisier cars perhaps?). I own the 2.0 TSI DSG 4x4 Karoq so cannot comment on the noises you are hearing from my own experience. But if you bought your car from a Sko...
