Re: Carfile?
Has anyone used Carfile to purchase a new car from? Any downfalls? I've never used them, but they've been around for about 30 years, and always seem to get good reviews in the motoring press - plenty of stuff online about them if you Google them. As with all reputable brokers, you don't pay any mon...

Re: PCP or Cash?
I just had a test drive in the Karoq SE L 1.5 Petrol DSG and was very impressed. I'm taking a test-drive in the 1.5 Petrol Edition this week to see how the larger tyres impact on the ride comfort. Has anyone directly compared these two rides? I told the dealer I'd be P/Exing my current car and payi...

Re: My 1.5 TSI SE L on the drive!
Ordered it on 5th October, just like your Kodiak a pre-order, and then collection on launch day!Colin Lambert wrote: ↑Sat Jan 13, 2018 3:08 pm Well done. when did you order it? How long delivery time?
I presume you pre-ordered as I did with Kodiaq, which I ordered on 22nd December 2016. picked up on launch day 6th April 2017.

My 1.5 TSI SE L on the drive!
My 1.5 TSI SE L on the drive! Shame it's been wet and gloomy since I picked it up, but it's sunny smiles inside the car....
Really like the Capuccino Beige, thankfully not too beige (looks more of a tungsten shade to me?).

Re: Just ordered from UK
Just had a call from the dealer to say that the car is in, and will be ready for collection on launch day, 11th January! Really looking forward to getting my hands on it at last :D Great news, look forward to seeing the pictures :) Car collected, the second one on the road in Cambridge! First impre...

Re: Spacesaver spare wheel
quote: "According to the handbook, the temporary spare wheel should only be used to get to the nearest garage...," Do you mean the 215/60 R16 ? But the 125/70 R18 presumably isn't "standard size" either - otherwise what is the "full size" option. So I still don't see t...

Re: Spacesaver spare wheel
Still confused. The latest brochure option list now shows the SE L and Edition models can have either: "temporary steel space saver spare wheel ..... 215/60 R16 £150" or "steel space saving spare wheel ....125/70 R18 £150 " But still no decent explanation of the practical differ...

Re: Just ordered from UK
Hi all good to meet you virtually! Having a test drive next week with my local dealer so will see how that goes - deposit was "subject to test drive"... I have driven the Kodiaq which was great so hoping the Karoq will be similar. Lead time quoted for my car is 8-10 weeks. The Karoq shoul...
