Re: Heated windscreen

as promised here are some photos I took when husband driving on the motorway the other day, you can see when looking against the blue sky the lines are visible, then the camera focuses on the lines and in the third you can't see them at all, because the camera does what your eyes do which is not fo...

Re: Varioflex - Rear central seat folding issue?

ha ha which manual to be honest, I read the paper version which seems to constantly tell you to refer to the online one which you wouldn't have in the car anyway, I do find that annoying. I hope you didn't think I was being condescending, it wasn't meant in that way ;) Aha you won't be the last. Whe...

Re: Varioflex - Rear central seat folding issue?

It is explained in the manual which husband didn't read before he had the same problem. Once you've cracked it once you'll have no pro...

Re: Ignition Failure on Keyless Edition

I would take it to Skoda ASAP and see if they can download any error codes. We have had keyless entry for many years now and one of our previous cars would do this every now and then, Lexus never could see a code on the system or explain what was wrong, very frustrating and we couldn't put it down t...

Parked our Karoq today and came back to find someone had parked their Kodiaq in front both returned to our cars at the same time and then were side by side at the next set of traffic lights, where of course he was admiring our car

Re: Age Profile

Just mid 40s, husband (in his early 50s) started driving a dsg on his Lexus GS300 (about 10 years ago) then next vehicle was hybrid Lexus so auto again and he loves it so that actually meant certain SUVs were out as he didn't want to go back to a manual, I didn't really drive the other cars too much...

Re: Thinking of buying a Karoq

welcome Alan, We have owned our Karoq since 1st Feb and are very happy with it, apart from selling us the vehicle and a few follow up calls we haven't really had much contact with the dealers. According to other posters it seems there is one Skoda dealer to avoid in the Preston area I think but I ha...

Re: Service plan

pay as soon as you can, if you have the money as each day you are charged interest, if you pay off within the 14 day cooling off period you ring Skoda finance and tell them you want to settle the pcp, they will send you out your statement and how to pay and you have I think 28 days from that date to...
