Re: Setting trip to zero
But comparing the car's figures with the ones I obtain by filling the fuel tank each time I find it overestimates by at least 5%.

Re: Setting trip to zero
I do the same. Assuming you have the digital cockpit rather than the analogue type (as with the analogue I think you just need to press a small button on the dashboard) on my MY20 Amundsen you need to go into the setting menu on the infotainment system screen. Press the Car button, then Settings, In...

Skoda's KESSY System
Skoda's KESSY (Keyless Entry and Start System) allows you to unlock or lock the car, and start the engine without having to press a button on the key or insert it into a steering wheel lock. To do this, the KESSY key needs to emit a weak radio signal that is picked up by the car, so that when the ke...

Re: Newbie
Welcome, and ask away. Once you've got the car set up as you want it, then it's pretty straightforward. But deciding on the options can be daunting! I've just disabled the auto-folding door mirrors as they don't always unfold when frozen up, and I prefer not to stress test the mechanism. And I don't...

Re: EPC and exhaust control system lights
All the warning lights are lit when you turn the ignition on to show they're all working. I'd suspect that the EPC and Exhaust Control System lights turn off once the engine starts to check out their monitoring system. The manual for my car states: "After switching on the ignition, some indicat...

Re: Aero Inserts on Sport line
They seem to be the standard wheels as fitted to my MY21 Sportline, and the aero covers should have been fitted at the PDI I would have thought. But as it's a lease car, could they have removed them? My daughter has a leased company car, and she isn't even allowed to check the tyre pressures!!

Re: D1 not engaging ! Pls help
I'd agree with mic44. My car will start moving in D1, but change up to D2 almost immediately on level roads. However if your car definitely always starts moving in D2 then it sounds like a trip to an expert is required. Out of interest, does this behaviour change in Eco mode (E1/E2) or Sport mode (S...

Re: Amundsen Infotainment Bluetooth and/or Wifi
Connect what to what and how old is your Karoq? MY21 cars and newer (with the SOS button at the top of the windscreen) have their own data SIM which can provide data updates to the satnav with traffic problems and map updates - if you have a current Skoda Connect licence of course. I think this was ...
