Re: 19" Crater wheels & skinny rubber. Ride comfort comments please.
Missed this thread in time to advise, but I love the Edition and have no issue with the comfort at all. My only preference would be the 2ltr petrol which I know you can get in the Sportline now so must avoid temptation...

Re: Thinking about buying a Karoq but...
Bonkers maybe, but I love the sunroof too
Do let us know what you think about the ride quality - I find the 19's fine, but have come from cars that probably rode more stiffly anyway

Re: Thinking about buying a Karoq but...
Hi cmac We have the 1.5 TSI Edition. Although everyone's views are subjective I would say the following: 1. I have no problem with the 19 inch wheels. The 18's on the SEL do give a slightly smoother ride (based on test drive comparisons) but I find the ride totally acceptable and far softer than our...

Re: Drive mode - remembering/storing preferred default mode
@Weyland - I am the same as you. I have set the individual mode to the weighted steering only, no other changes, and when I turn off and turn on again the car stays in individual mode and the steering remains weighted. I can be sure this is the case as yesterday this happened after a long drive and ...

Re: KESSY
I may be being stupid here, but as I understand it even if someone can get in the car, won't it disable again once they have exceeded the range of the booster they use. So although someone could theoretically get into the car and drive off, they won't get far until it again doesn't find the key and ...

Re: Uncomfortable Seat
Hi Prog. Which seats are they? I'm 6ft 2 and quite large - I have the seat low as well, but not too far back - I can sit behind myself with my knees touching the back of the drivers seat (legs apart not straight). So I am closer than I normally would be potentially - as a rough guide in the leather ...

Re: Tyres ‘crabbing’
For info, we have Pirelli P7's on ours and also haven't experienced the same problem you describe, so sounds like it is tyre related

Re: rattle sounds and road noises
Noticing a very slight rattle from the overhead control unit where interior light controls and sunroof controls are. Putting this down to cold weather at the moment and slight shrinking of materials. Other one I noticed was rear headrests rattling in middle extension but not in full extension. Still...

Re: Good Reviews of 1.5 engine!
I have the 1.5 DSG in edition trim. Although sometimes get slight hesitancy when engine is cold I have yet to experience full kangarooing. Personally think that the engine and gearbox combination is extremely good.
