Re: Rear view mirror
USB-C beside rear view mirror is ignition switched, so not permanently on.

Try - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01LWMAMFH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 too. I have this one and it fits under the cover. Also out of stock, but I usually find that you can order on Amazon and they'll advise the expected date they will get stock in and not charge you...

Re: Quick hello and a query:
Re bluetooth - do you have another mobile that you can connect to the car to see if that one works properly? It may be your phone that, for whatever reason, is causing the problem. If you try another phone, try deleting the first phone before starting to connect the second.

Re: Display switching.
I think using the 'home' button on the Columbus should help. That will (after you programme it as to what functions it should display) provide you with a 'personalised' menu screen. On mine it shows phone contacts, media and the satnav map. You'll have to go through the online owners manual to find ...

Re: Servicing confusion
Servicing intervals would have been set when the car was first registered/delivered and would either be annual or variable - the latter for higher mileage use. Not sure where the 3 years / 30k miles info comes from, although that may be for the current model year cars using long-life oils. If there ...

Re: Karoq Edition new owner
You have to leave the flash drive in the USB-C socket for some time (days or weeks depending on vehicle usage) and eventually it will update. Its not something that you can 'force' the system to do - it will just 'see' the new map data on the flash drive next time the navigation is on and then it wi...

Re: Karoq Edition new owner
You'll need to refer to your owners manual for the definitive answers for your age of car. However based on the 2021 Columbus owners manual info, it does play MP3 and FLAC files. No reference to maximum drive sizes, so I guess that may not matter. On 2021 cars we have USB-C sockets, but assuming the...

Re: Extra Keys for Karoq?
So long as you order with the personalisation option (think that was what it was called) you'll have three sets of keys for the car. It was/is cheaper than buying a third key and the dealer programming it to the car.

Re: MIB3 Infotainment - S-Pin?
If it keeps asking for your s-Pin then you need to change the setting
If it has a tick in this box it will keep asking, so untick it and that should stop it happening.- Wed Nov 10, 2021 7:56 am

Re: BST/GMT clocks change - or not as the case may be!
I'm all excited now, but am presently several hundred miles away from the car so can't dash out to try what you outline. 😠Disappointing though that despite RTFMing and checking the online manual, details that I would see as being quite key when setting the car up, are not readily apparent to the us...
