Hey Oldman, My tires are the same size including the spare which is concerning, I've never used the spare so I can't comment on performance, howeverI've done an online comparision and this shows the rolling sizes to be totally different, no wonder your car got so upset... Im suprised that this should happen as if the space saver was the correct Sizing for your Car (and wheels) it shoudl have the same diameter and rolling circumference. I've just replaced the original Wipers on mine with Bosch twin aero wipers and although its only been a couple of days, it seems to be OK (No juddering at least !) . Time will tell. Only £18 for the front set from amazon.

You will have a sticker under the bonnet which tells you the factory fill grade, just ensure you buy the same grade, which supplier (shell etc) you use is up to your budget and preference. See attached photo
