Rear Number Plate Fixings

Hi All, So in the heat my rear number plate has fallen off. It was only glued in place though. When the plate fell off it exposed two holes for bolts so I was wondering if anyone knew what size bolts would fit the thread in the holes. I’ve got some frames to fix the plates to the car so just need th...

Re: Navigation and maps

What size card were you using? I've heard 32GB is the maximum size SDHC card that can be used. I've tried a 32GB card today, but I'm now having trouble getting the files onto SD card (there's 29GB of files once it's extracted). The whole Skoda update process seems to be severely flawed if you want t...

Re: Speed rating on tyres fitted to new cars

Thanks for the advice of taking it to a place like Bathwick, fortunately I didn't need to. I had it booked into National and the screw was only a short one so hadn't completely pierced the tyre. Speed rating on tyres fitted to new cars

So I've had my Karoq for 3 months now, and due to Cover-19, I've done a grand total of 710 miles. Imagine my annoyance when I notice a screw in my rear tyre, too close to the edge to be repaired. Looking at the tyres fitted to the car, they're Bridgestone Turanza T005, with a speed rating is Y (whic...

Re: New Karoq Owner

Thanks for that. It does seem that they're slowly reducing things under the caveat that different countries have different specs. Do you know if the phonebox still supports wireless charging? I see some things about it being removed in 2018, but nothing more recent so can only assume it was never pu...

New Karoq Owner

Hi Everyone, I managed to get my new Karoq Edition from the dealer yesterday, despite the lockdown in the country right now. I'm counting myself very lucky that I've been able to get it now, after ordering it January and it being delivered a month ahead of schedule, especially not the factories have...
