Re: Honest John Survey results (K,K & Y)
Agreed. Between us, my wife & I have owned 1 Octavia, 3 Fabias, & 1 Karoq. We've experienced just one minor fault in all that time (a faulty temperature sensor).

Re: Contemplating a Karoq Edition
When I bought my Karoq Scout the salesman told me that he wasn't disappointed - he was lined up to have it as his company car but as I had bought it it meant he could have a Sportline instead. If the salesman likes the Edition that much then it must be good

Re: New Karoq Owner
I have the Karoq Scout - the wireless charging was never offered as an option so I'm guessing it's gone.

Re: Contemplating a Karoq Edition
I've seen a petrol blue in a dealer and it looks really good. I had the equivalent on a Seat (Lava Blue) and it looked good in all light...as long as the car was clean

I've used CarWow to help get a good deal at my local Skoda dealership - CarWow gave me a quote from another Skoda dealership, which I then used when haggling at my local one (along the lines of 'this other Skoda dealership is offering me a really good deal, what can you do to beat it & stop me f...

Re: Dash cam diy
I routed my wire across the top of the windscreen (under the edge of the roof lining), across the top of the passenger side pillar to the rubber door seal, then down inside the seal until it reaches the side panel (the one with the key slot for turning off the passenger air bag). I carefully popped ...

Re: New owner, ordered awaiting May delivery
Welcome to the forum!
My wife & I between us have had 4 Skodas (soon to be 5 - her new car arrives in 2 weeks), and the only problem we've encountered is one faulty sensor. We've always had manuals so can't comment on DSG gearboxes, but I can't fault Skoda reliability.

Re: Adaptive headlights
When you push the stick forward you should see a white headlight symbol on the dash display with an 'A' inside it. If you don't see this then check that the lights dial (by your right knee) is set to 'Auto'. I've not driven my in heavy rain yet so I can't help too much, but it could it be that the h...
