Cure for juddery wipers
Both my 2018 and now 2020 Karoqs suffered from juddery wipers which is very irritating. I have found that simple and effective solution is to thoroughly clean the screen with neat fairy liquid using a SOFT sponge. Hose down the screen afterwards and hey presto smooth quiet wipers.

Hello
I am based in Durham. Is the spare wheel suitable for 2020 Karoq Sportline ?

1.5 DSG sportline - Initial impressions
I have recently changed from 1.6 TDI SEL Karoq Manual to a new 1.5 DSG Sportline and thought i would summarise my early thoughts. The Sportline is a vastly better looking car with the body kit making it look very different to the SEL - far less black plastic and the fake chrome exhausts really look ...

Re: AdBlue
To reset ad blue warning ignition must be turned on for 30 secs without starting engine. Just done mine. Reset no problem. Also won’t reset unless minimum amount added - mine took over 12 litres.

Re: 1.6 TDI
I have had my 1.6 TDI since 1 Nov 18 and delighted with it. No it is not quick. Yes it is smooth and quiet. I am retired and hence never in a hurry to get anywhere but this engine suits me fine. Average mpg over 2000mls so far is 55mpg. Motorway cruising is effortless and quiet. It is slightly under...

Re: Auto stop start delay please!
My last two cars also had this pointless system. My routine for some years is now start car and immediately turn stop/start off. Becomes an easy habit after a while !

Re: Karoq Connectivity?
My experience of connect using iPhone not positive. Takes ages to connect using iPhone hotspot which will not stay connected and needs to be manually re connected every time. Once connected downloads are painfully slow and, in my opinion what you get as a result is simply not worth the bother. If yo...

Re: Juddery wiper
Stevieboy correct. Mine also juddery front and back when new. Deep clean screens and problem solved. Wipers now good. Also did inside as covered in some sort of residue and this makes huge difference to vision. Should have been done during PDI !!

Re: Boot light/torch
Just experienced same problem but easy sorted
Immediately above boot light is a removable panel - its about 6in by 3 in. You need to use a table knife to tease out the panel which then gives easy access to rear of the boot light holder which can then be clipped back into place.
