Re: Won't stay in "Eco" Mode

Interesting your comment about page numbers. Mine is definitely 242, perhaps there are different versions dependant on when it was downloaded. I have the Individual option which i tried but gave up on as the drive selection reverts in exactly the same way. Other functions appear to be retained but i...

Re: Won't stay in "Eco" Mode

I have now discovered that this issue is not a software fault. It is actually documented on page 242 of the Electronic Handbook. I have had a chat with Skoda and suggested that they might like to reconsider how this function works in the future.

Re: Won't stay in "Eco" Mode

Thanks Paul. I have done a few identical trips in "Eco" and "Normal" and found a considerable improvement in mpg using "Eco".

Won't stay in "Eco" Mode

My 1.5 DSG has the ability to set the driving Mode for either "Normal" or Eco. (It also has the ability to set "Individual" settings but one thing at a time!) If one selects "Eco", the next time one switches on the gearbox has reverted to Drive rather than Eco but the I...

Heated Windscreen

I have discovered that the windscreen heating can be automatically switched on if the Climatronic recognises that the windscreen could fog up. This would appear to be a very useful function. However, does switching the function on result in any excessive drain on battery or fuel?

Re: Oh Fiddlesticks (or something)

I have experienced the same issue. I can't see any replies to your post, have you had anything useful?

Worth the wait - I hope

Ordered a Karoq 1.5 SEL Auto in Candy White with beige leather plus lots of extras as the petrol Edition was no longer available, back in June. Have heard it might be ready late November. Nearly cancelled but having read all the positive comments on the forum I shall hang on. I'm new to Skoda, curre...
