Re: Start/stop Bullsh*it?
The main advantage for people and stop start is not these who turn off the system for their own reasons, but for pedestrians and other city/town dwellers whose lives would be greatly improved if all cars had working start/stop systems. It is much better for a queue of stationary traffic to be sat wi...

Re: Cd/dvd
No CD or DVD player in the SE L.
Skoda obviously believes that we all stream music now.

Re: Petrol Tsi engines
It is funny that so many people complain about the particulate filters on diesels. I am sure that for the vast majority of people they were not an issue at all.None on the dpf equipped cars I have had ove the years has had any issues, including the wife's cars which are generally only ever used for ...

Re: No 1.5tsi
It's ridiculous isn't it. They advertise all the time, tell us to buy, buy, buy, but then don't let you actually buy the vehicle.

Re: Vehicle Tracker
It's not the same thing and you don't have to go with LV. Try the myriad of other insurers who don't need a tracker fitted. I had them trying to get a tracker fitted to my Touareg when it was new but just went with another company. A tracker was going to cost me £500 to get fitted so I told them whe...

Re: Still waiting
I keep getting an unconfirmed BW from Skoda live chat but not a confirmed date. They keep saying BW beginning 11th June but I am also concerned like many others that this is just a pie in the sky date and we could be waiting much longer, especially as the 1.0 seems to have a 34 week lead time now.

Re: Fortunate One
I noticed that when we went back to have a look at it just before we ordered our Emerald green and Beige SE L that it was sitting outside, unregistered, it's place int he showroom take up by a black Edition with black leather. I wondered if the green car was going to be transferred to another dealer...

Re: New Karoq Ordered
Just checked the tracker system and we have a provisional build week of 25.
Any idea when that actually is?
Do they run purely as calendar weeks or are there holiday breaks etc?

Re: Beige interior
I recommend Dr Leather wipes as great, back to matt, cleaning for leather seats.
I have to say that my XC90 with cream leather seats starting looking tatty very quickly. I don't think the Volvo leather lasts as well as VAG group leather.

Re: Beige interior
It’s nice that they give you the option for cream leather interior. So many of my cars have been black as I am too right to pay £1200 or more for cream leather. In the wife’s Karoq SE L it is only £250. A bargain for leather over the alcantara I think compared to other makes.
