Cars been into the workshop, to be informed that a new module is needed and it will be another 4 weeks approx before they get one due to a backlog.

Hopefully that this will sort out the issue.

We will wait and see.

I have the dreaded SOS Emergency Call Workshop error.

Car went in in May for an update.

Error appeared again and got the car booked in for tomorrow for "another" update.

Well what do they say "famous last words".... The dreaded "SOS Emergency call Workshop" message has re appeared again. Got the car booked in for next Tuesday, told by the guy at the dealership, that there is an upgrade of the upgrade, issued by Skoda. Hopefully that this sorts it...

I had to SOS Emergency Call Workshop error, booked the car in at the dealer, who knew about the problem. Software updated and also received updates on other items as well.

So far so good.

Updated software duly installed today by the dealer today who informed me that they were doing about 3 cars a week for this particular problem.

Keeping my fingers crossed that will be the end of it.

Got mine booked in for tomorrow, for exactly the same "SOS error", however at the moment it's currently working. Dealer informed me it's a "known problem", only had it first service 2 months ago. Why on earth dont they just upgrade it at the first opportunity. Gives dealer/Skoda ...

Has anyone used Esso Synergy 99+ with no ethanol? and if so the results with this petrol
