Re: Droning Sound when driving

Lloydg wrote: Tue Feb 20, 2024 4:59 pm When driving over 55mph a droning sound is apparent, please can anyone explain what this might suggest. Karoq 1.5 TSI DSG Thanks
When it drones have a look on your dash and see if an ECO icon is on. The engine will be running in 2 cylinder mode.

Re: New Owner, Couple of questions please.

You can restore it. The buttons and scroll wheelon the right of the wheel operate the centre part of the digital display. The scroll wheel will scroll though menus and when pressed will select. Re: Plastic engine cover

There was an issue with engine covers on Kodiaqs, I think. They stopped fitting them due to being a potential fite hazard (can't remember whether it was petrol or diesels). After a redesign they started fitting them again. It may be that someting similar happened with Karoqs, or perhaps there was a ...

Re: New Owner, Couple of questions please.

Depending on the spec of your car, the current speed limit can be detected by the camera behind the interior mirror and displayed on the virtual cockpit. However the speed limit that is displayed can also be picked up from the map database, and over-ridden. At times, my car tells me I am in a 20 mp...

Re: KESSY Keyless entry

Didn’t realise I had the keyless system when we bought our 2020 Sportline last year and oh my what fun did I have 😂 Had to leave the car around the corner one night so double checked it was locked but of course as soon as I pulled the door handle it opened. Assuming I’d not locked it properly I shu...

Re: 2020 Karoq

I think it unlikely that either is fitted to an SEL. Many of the features which show in the manual areonly present on some, usually higher spec , cars.

First it was just the message but now its really messing with Car Play when the error arises and it comes on most days. The ...

Chris
But the page tells you how far you have travelled since a fill, just as your trip does. So you can calculate from the fill quantity.

Re: Setting trip to zero

On our car (I appreciate there may be differences) if you go to Vehicle in the meus, you will be able to finf 3 pages with fuel consumption info. One is Long Term, a second is consumption sinse start (resets if the car has been switched off for about 2 hours) and since refuelling, which resets when ...
